Tranquility customer data policy

Tranquility collects travel request, callback, contact, and payment-request information that customers submit through the app. This information is used to prepare quotes, provide visa and travel support, follow up on bookings, and verify manual payment requests.
Submitted request data may be stored in Firebase Firestore and in the customer device browser storage for continuity. Payment-request forms store request details and verification references only; full card numbers and CVC values are not stored by this app.
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share necessary travel details with airlines, hotels, visa-support partners, transport providers, payment processors, or support tools when needed to complete the service requested by the customer.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information by contacting info.tranquilitytravel@gmail.com.
